Customer Service Ambassador

Visy is a leading company in the packaging and recycling industry, and we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team.

This role is based in our Smithfield site and involves working closely with our internal departments to ensure exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process orders in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain timely and clear communication with customers
  • Answer customer and stakeholder enquiries (phone and email)
  • Work closely with our internal departments end to end to ensure exceptional service to our customers
  • Prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met and delight our customers
  • Basic stock management to fulfil agreed customer requirements
  • General administration duties as required within the department
  • Facilitate team projects
  • A proactive approach to safety and environment management as well as being proactive in our strategies of Continuous Improvement in World Class Manufacturing Standards
