Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Education Ambassador to join our team at Randstad. As a Customer Education Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering training and support materials to companies within the Health Sector, helping them understand our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver engaging training and support materials to clients
- Travel extensively to various locations, building strong relationships with client contacts
- Drive organic growth by increasing participation in our salary packaging program and services
- Manage and resolve key customer issues, championing continuous improvements
- Use client insights to contribute to client and education plans, designing educational content across face-to-face and digital channels
Requirements
- 1 year of Banking or Financial services call centre experience ideal
- B2C or B2B sales experience is a bonus, but not necessary
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence, rapport-building, and presentation skills
