Hudson is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead the optimisation of our diverse energy portfolio, comprising traditional thermal power stations and innovative inverter-based technologies. This key role requires a strong technical background in managing generation assets, including design, installation, operation, and maintenance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and stewardship in managing both traditional thermal power station assets (diesel and gas reciprocating engines) and inverter-based technologies (batteries, solar farms, and wind farms). Key responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of the Asset Management Plan, managing operational and engineering support, identifying and managing risks, establishing clear operating protocols, and cultivating relationships with internal and external service providers.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronic Engineering, or a related field, as well as proven leadership experience in asset management, particularly with inverter-based assets. Strong contract management and vendor support experience are also essential.
