About the Role

This position reports to the Vice President, Asset Management and Investment, Logistics, Australia. As a senior manager in our asset management team, you will assist the Vice President in developing and executing portfolio management strategies for logistics assets in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall positioning of logistics assets, enhancement of cash flow, and asset value growth.
  • Deliver sustainable returns to stakeholders by implementing effective marketing, leasing, property, and asset management plans.
  • Collaborate with Property Management (internal/external) to review monthly property budgets and forecasts, as well as annual budget preparation and review.
  • Work closely with The Group Development Management team to ensure seamless delivery of new developments.
  • Oversee external Property and Facility Management teams to ensure compliance with regulations and optimal asset maintenance.
  • Support Property Management (internal/external) in arrears management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external legal on property-related matters.
  • Assist the portfolio analyst team in preparing asset plans and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, Engineering, or its equivalent.
  • At least 10 years' experience in investment and asset management in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of logistics real estate in Australia.
  • An analytical mindset, resourcefulness, and proficiency in financial modeling, including advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills, strong initiative, good business acumen, and independence in working under pressure.
