About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate asset records and supporting the management of facilities. Key duties include:
- Conducting physical inspections of assets across the site and updating records in the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Creating records for undocumented assets and disposing of records for assets no longer in use.
- Verifying and resolving discrepancies between recorded and physical assets.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
About You
We're looking for candidates with:
- Australian Citizenship (due to security requirements).
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- The ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in Facilities or Asset Management.
