Senior Manager, Business Risk and Compliance

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Business Risk and Compliance team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations are aligned with our risk management framework and that we maintain a strong control environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks to the business
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize risk management initiatives
- Provide risk advice and guidance to business leaders and teams
- Monitor and report on risk management performance and control effectiveness
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and industry peers
Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience in a large complex organization, primarily within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge and experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, and business operations
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
