About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Compliance & Risk Management Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our compliance with quality and safeguarding frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and audit programs.
  • Manage audits against ISO 9001 standards and ensure our framework is embedded, compliant, and fit for purpose.
  • Review and develop policies and procedures to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Safeguarding, and Quality Managers to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Quality team to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Report to senior management, committees, and boards on compliance and quality matters.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in government, NDIS, or not-for-profit sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Sound understanding of compliance, risk, and quality in a not-for-profit/NDIS/government setting.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Tertiary education in Law, Business, Finance, or other relevant fields.
