The Role

Senior client partnership and liaisonIndependent management of projects to the highest degree of performance and operational excellenceDaily operational management: project management, timeline delivery, scoping, forecasting, capacity planning, invoicing, resource management, financial reportingLead in developing digital, content and influencer strategies / campaignsSenior oversight of community management (across all social platforms)Oversee creative content calendars, across all social media channelsAnalysis of social media performance and listening reportsSocial crisis and issues oversight: rapid response, drive protocolPartnership with PR, Strategy, Creative and Experiential teams to deliver integrated communicationsTeam leadership: focused on mentoring and development, training, effective line-management

We are looking for:

Min 7-8+ years client service / agency experience in a social, media or digital teamTrusted senior client partner, account managementStrong communicator / gravitasProven operational excellence, detailed orientatedA natural mentor and team leader, with an inspirational styleObsessed with what's new and topical in socialFluency in a wide range of social platformsHas an eye for what drives conversationUnderstanding of social media engagement and monitoring tools such as Social Studio, HootSuite, Brandwatch, Iconosquare, iSentia and UpfluencePositive attitude with a hunger to learn, eager to be part of the teamSolutions-focused in managing challenges, with a cool and calm demeanor

Key Requirements

  • $120,000 - $150,000 per year salary
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media marketing and customer engagement
