Claims Specialist WFH

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization as a Claims Specialist working from home 4 days a week.

The primary goal of this role is to manage a portfolio of customers, guiding them through the claims process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs, investigating and assessing evidence provided to address concerns in claims, reviewing and interpreting relevant documents and invoices, providing exceptional customer service by updating customers regularly on progress, and negotiating with insurance companies to settle outstanding claims.

As a successful Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and implementing effective solutions to resolve customer issues.

About You:
  • Prior experience in phone-based customer service or insurance/automotive is highly desirable.
  • You are a friendly, team-oriented, and customer-centric individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and a great phone manner are essential for success in this role.
