
Customer Experience Advocate

We are seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to manage all life-cycle responsibilities over various portfolios as it pertains to our customers. This customer-base can be summarized into three target groups: internal departments, external vendor partners, and end-users.
Daily Responsibilities- Ensure clients' needs and service expectations are met in a timely and responsive manner.
- Process requests and tasks on the service desk and resolve issues accurately.
- Maintain data integrity regarding security registrations.
- Update customer data on InfoLease systems.
- Manage original contractual documents archives.
- Identify and resolve problems before they impact on us, partners, and/or customers.
- Working rights in Australia.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced skills on Microsoft suite and collaboration tools.
- Two working days per year volunteering for a local charity.
