Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to manage all life-cycle responsibilities over various portfolios as it pertains to our customers. This customer-base can be summarized into three target groups: internal departments, external vendor partners, and end-users.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Ensure clients' needs and service expectations are met in a timely and responsive manner.
  • Process requests and tasks on the service desk and resolve issues accurately.
  • Maintain data integrity regarding security registrations.
  • Update customer data on InfoLease systems.
  • Manage original contractual documents archives.
  • Identify and resolve problems before they impact on us, partners, and/or customers.
Requirements
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills on Microsoft suite and collaboration tools.
