
Customer Experience Advocate

The Customer Experience Advocate plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless interactions between our organization and its members. This position requires exceptional communication skills, particularly in English, to provide timely support and guidance to those in need.
This is a full-time opportunity based in Waterloo, Sydney, with rotating 8.5 hour shifts on a 24/7 roster. The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset and is passionate about leveraging technology and human expertise to drive meaningful change.
- Experience working in complex high-pressure environments, operations, or inbound call centers.
- Superior English communication skills; proficiency in other languages such as Spanish, Hindi, Mandarin, Thai, or Vietnamese is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
