Job Overview

Customer Success Position

This role serves as the primary point of contact for new customers in a phone-based sales environment.

It is an autonomous position that requires teamwork and collaboration to prioritize workloads effectively.

The core responsibility is to guide prospective customers and their families towards our suite of in-home care services.

Candidates should bring empathy, customer-centricity, and trust-building skills to establish strong relationships with future customers and their families.

By providing clear information, candidates will empower them to navigate the aged care journey with confidence.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Building and managing customer relationships to achieve business outcomes, loyalty, and results.
  • Identifying solutions for customers and negotiating effectively using sales and marketing techniques.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Working from home with regular office attendance required at least once a month.

Requirements

  • Experience in Business-to-Consumer sales or customer service via telephone.
  • Sales-oriented and results-driven with the ability to meet targets.
  • Strong communication skills, maturity, and patience when working with vulnerable individuals.
  • Ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Excellent written skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Computer literacy and/or CRM management skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping others.
