About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our customer service team. As the voice of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Directing calls and assisting with queries related to services, scheduling, and general inquiries
- Providing information on our services to new customers
- Supporting frontline workers with their schedules

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will be empathetic, have exceptional communication and customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Experience working in a call centre is advantageous, but not essential if you are a quick and eager learner.
You will also have strong time-management and organisational skills, and outstanding attention to detail.
