Job Overview

The Director, Customer Advocacy role is a senior executive position that involves advocating on behalf of customers and ensuring their interests are central to the operation, service design, and governance of toll roads.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing complex regulated business operations and stakeholder relationships across government, industry, and regulatory bodies. They will also possess high-level communication, negotiation, and advisory skills, with the ability to represent customer interests independently and credibly.

The role requires the ability to analyse systemic issues and influence service or policy improvements based on customer insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving complaints, identifying systemic issues, and driving improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
