As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with local community organizations, regional and state government, and other community-minded groups to generate opportunities for people with disabilities to access the best housing and services they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders, including community organizations, government agencies, and other relevant groups.
- Community Engagement: Engage with local communities to identify opportunities for people with disabilities to access housing and services.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities that align with our organization's goals and values.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, clients, and community partners.
- Project Management: Manage projects and initiatives to achieve business objectives and deliver results.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a human services environment.
- Skills: Strong communication and engagement skills, ability to build collaborative partnerships, and experience in community engagement and business development.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in a field such as social work, community development, or business.
- Certifications: NDIS clearance check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Orientation certificate, and a valid driver's license.
