About the Role

At AutogenAI, we're looking for a skilled Event Coordinator APAC to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing events across the APAC region. This role is a fantastic opportunity to drive lead generation, engage key prospects, and showcase our product to C-suite audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage a diverse range of events, including prospect dinners, conferences, industry events, and customer success experiences.
  • Research and select suitable venues, restaurants, and spaces for ultra-exclusive C-suite events, ensuring a high standard of experience.
  • Develop strategies to maximize attendance, engagement, and lead generation for all events, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align event activities with overall business goals and product showcases.
  • Establish and manage relationships with local businesses, venues, media partners, and other stakeholders to create successful events.
  • Oversee the marketing events budget, ensuring events deliver maximum ROI and align with company priorities.
  • Measure event success by tracking key metrics, analyzing outcomes, and providing detailed reports to assess event effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Represent AutogenAI at industry events and trade shows, promoting the brand and fostering relationships with key prospects and partners.
  • Create and document processes, operations manuals, and guidelines to ensure event success and scalability across the APAC region.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate or high-end hospitality, events management, or marketing, with a focus on planning and executing high-value, high-impact events.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and event management platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work both collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently as needed.
  • A creative thinker with rigorous attention to detail, ensuring events are both memorable and aligned with business goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of effective marketing and communications strategies, especially in SaaS and technology-driven events.
  • Experience managing staff or external creatives/agencies to drive successful event outcomes.
  • Ability to create or collaborate on thought-leadership content pieces that enhance the impact of events.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and technology-driven events, with a thorough understanding of how events drive lead generation and account growth.
