As our Event Manager, APAC, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing events across the APAC region, ensuring they drive lead generation, engage key prospects, and showcase AutogenAI's product to C-suite audiences. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to create high-impact events that contribute to business growth and strengthen our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute marketing events across the APAC region, including prospect dinners, conferences, industry events, and customer success experiences.
- Develop strategies to maximise attendance, engagement, and lead generation for all events, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align event activities with overall business goals and product showcases.
- Manage relationships with local businesses, venues, media partners, and other stakeholders to create successful events.
- Oversee the marketing events budget, ensuring events deliver maximum ROI and align with company priorities.
- Measure event success by tracking key metrics, analysing outcomes, and providing detailed reports to assess event effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- 4+ years of experience in corporate or high-end hospitality, events management, or marketing, with a focus on planning and executing high-value, high-impact events.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and event management platforms.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to work both collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently as needed.
- Deep understanding of effective marketing and communications strategies, especially in SaaS and technology-driven events.
- Experience managing staff or external creatives/agencies to drive successful event outcomes.
- Ability to create or collaborate on thought-leadership content pieces that enhance the impact of events.
- Familiarity with SaaS and technology-driven events, with a thorough understanding of how events drive lead generation and account growth.
