We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Member Services department. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive operational efficiency, ensure high levels of service delivery, and shape the member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive advice strategy roadmap for our members
  • Oversee the delivery of new advice capabilities and manage the advice program
  • Lead the fund's response to the Quality of Advice Review and manage General Advice specialists
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and manage relationships with outsourced providers
  • Provide training on product changes, legislation updates, and referral skills to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in the financial services industry, with superannuation expertise required
  • RG146 Accreditation, including superannuation, and a tertiary qualification in Financial Services
  • Strong technical knowledge of superannuation products, strategy, and advice
  • Experience in managing teams and driving performance outcomes in a highly regulated environment
