Job Title: E-commerce and CRM Manager

This is a critical leadership role that oversees the entire e-commerce function, encompassing both front-end sales and back-end operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, streamlining processes, and enhancing customer experiences.

The E-commerce and CRM Manager will be responsible for leading daily site trading, product setup, inventory accuracy, pricing, and promotional execution. They will also oversee website maintenance, ensuring the site remains visually compelling, aligned with campaign activity, and updated across various pages.

Key responsibilities include conducting stock and sell-through analysis to inform merchandising and content decisions. The manager will also partner with retail teams to align online product and promotions with in-store activity. Additionally, they will lead best practice product merchandising strategies to leverage customer data and tools effectively.

The E-commerce and CRM Manager will manage external Marketplace integrations and sales, improve checkout and mobile performance, and support conversion rate forecasting alongside the Interim Head. They will also own day-to-day email, SMS, and loyalty campaign execution, including builds, segmentation, and sends.

Skills & Experience:

  • Min 3 years in an E-commerce Manager role
  • Experience managing an online store using Shopify
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms)
  • Familiarity with Gorgias (or similar customer service tools)
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and tracking platforms, such as Ads manager, GA4
  • Must have apparel/fashion sector experience and can demonstrate clear understanding of retail industry cycles, seasonality, and other variables impacting consumer buying behaviour
