Lead Commerce Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the consistent delivery of best-in-class services to our ANZ clients by working closely with our CommerceOps experts.
  • Act as the point of escalation for major incidents or service issues while leading the global roll out of enhancements to prevent recurrence.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements that will enhance the value of CommerceOps delivery to both clients and our organization.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Maintain matrix coordination with offshore teams and vendors across different time zones.
  • Work closely with Tryzens delivery functions outside of CommerceOps to drive excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
