About the Role

July is seeking an E-commerce Manager to drive digital growth and shape the customer experience from first click through to checkout. This role requires someone who blends creativity with commercial thinking, balancing conversion rates and revenue growth with beautiful UX, site & email marketing, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce site, ensuring a best-in-class shopping experience across all regions (AU, US, CA, UK, NZ, and Asia).
  • Own revenue targets by developing strategies that drive sales growth and meet monthly and annual goals.
  • Lead UX and UI optimisation projects to improve conversion rates, navigation, and usability.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to deliver engaging online campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
  • Oversee site merchandising, product categorisation, pricing updates, promotional campaigns, and database management.
  • Monitor site performance, customer behaviour, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement site enhancements, new features, and integrations (CRM, analytics, payment gateways, fulfilment) with developers and external partners.
  • Set and execute email and SMS marketing strategies resulting in increased revenue.
  • Maintain alignment between online and offline retail channels for a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
  • Stay ahead of emerging e-commerce trends, platforms, and technologies to ensure competitiveness.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years' experience managing e-commerce in retail, fashion, or consumer brands.
  • Proven success driving measurable growth through UX/UI improvements.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Shopify Plus (or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with confidence in GA4, Hotjar, and CRO tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A balance of creative thinking and commercial results focus.
  • Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, Design—or equivalent experience.
