Senior Digital Commerce Specialist

The ideal candidate will drive digital growth, elevating the customer experience across regions through UX and site optimisation.

This role combines creativity with commercial thinking, focusing on conversion rates, revenue growth, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day e-commerce site operations to ensure a best-in-class shopping experience.
  • Own revenue targets by developing strategies that drive sales growth and meet monthly and annual goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to deliver engaging online campaigns and product launches.
  • Oversee site merchandising, product categorisation, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on site performance, customer behaviour, and conversion metrics.
  • Work with developers to implement site enhancements, new features, and integrations.
  • Set and execute email and SMS marketing strategies for increased revenue.
  • Manage databases in all regions, focusing on list growth.
  • Ensure optimal email and SMS flows with regular refreshes.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of e-commerce management experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brands.
  • Proven success driving growth through UX/UI improvements.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Shopify Plus (or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with confidence in GA4, Hotjar, and CRO tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
