Digital Commerce Strategist

The Brand Manager will be responsible for executing the brand's digital commerce strategy and overseeing its online presence.
This role combines commercial ownership of e-commerce channels with operational delivery of the brand across digital touchpoints.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to drive sales and improve customer experience.
- Oversee online merchandising, product uploads, pricing, inventory coordination, and promotional execution.
- Implement conversion rate optimization initiatives to enhance site performance and customer engagement.
- Ensure timely and accurate product launches online, aligning with creative and marketing campaign rollouts.
- Manage digital brand execution across website, email, and loyalty programs.
A successful applicant will have a strong track record in e-commerce operations and digital retail.
They will be commercially minded, organized, and able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will also be skilled in analyzing performance data and turning insights into actions.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of e-commerce experience within the fashion industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing Shopify stores and associated integrations.
This role is based in Melbourne, Australia.
