Commerce Operations Specialist

We seek an expert in digital commerce operations to lead our CommerceOps team. Our 24/7 service optimizes and safeguards online commerce.

  • Establish yourself as the subject matter expert for CommerceOps in ANZ
  • Champion innovation and technology/process improvements to continually evolve CommerceOps
  • Position CommerceOps in pre-sales activity and tailor service propositions for prospects
Main Responsibilities

Functional Champion & Client Growth:

  • Understand all CommerceOps services and convey their value to stakeholders with passion
  • Collaborate with our Client Success teams and act as a strategic partner to clients to identify opportunities to increase CommerceOps service adoption and engagement
Operational Delivery & Functional Leadership
  • Work closely with our team of CommerceOps experts to drive consistent, best-in-class delivery of all contracted services to our ANZ clients by our talented team of CommerceOps experts
  • Act as the point of escalation for major incidents or service escalations while leading the global rollout of enhancements to prevent recurrence
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in critical e-commerce operations or digital product management with 2+ years in a leadership role
