We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support over phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support over phone, email, and live chat
  • Meet expectations for volume and quality of interactions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our internal database, allowing for seamless management between team members
  • Stay up-to-date with product information, company policies and procedures, to provide accurate and comprehensive support
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure an integrated, high level of support

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role would be highly advantageous
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a passion for helping people
  • Willingness to learn and get involved in new things
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Tech savvy - confident in picking up new software systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to think on your feet
  • Excellent time management and personal organisation skills
  • High level of accountability
  • Awesome attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure
