About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Atlas Partners. As a key member of our Support Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by providing exceptional support and working closely with our applications, development, and technical consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all support issues and requests, ensuring all parties are kept informed of progress.
  • Log support requests and redirect tickets to consultants.
  • Respond to customer needs and escalate to the Customer Operations and Service Delivery Manager when necessary.
  • Coordinate all Customer Centre programs for clients.
  • Liaise with consultants to ensure deliverables are met.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administration role is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional and friendly phone manner.
  • Competence in using office software.
  • Full Australian Working Rights.
