This is a high-impact role where your experience will directly influence the future of a national business.
You will lead the full NetSuite rollout, from planning through to go-live. As the key interface between stakeholders and a third-party partner, you'll ensure seamless collaboration and strong project governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the Oracle NetSuite system alignment with manufacturing operations (finance, warehousing, supply chain)
- Align the system rollout with production workflows and operational processes
- Own the project delivery roadmap, vendor coordination, risk, and change management
- Ensure effective user adoption and post-go-live support planning
- Manage external ERP vendors/implementation partners effectively
Requirements:
- Recent experience delivering Oracle NetSuite into a manufacturing or product-based business
- Ability to navigate project boards and senior stakeholders with ease
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and business processes within manufacturing
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Willngness to be on-site 3+ days per week for effective delivery and engagement
