Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our SAP ERP transformation program.

You will work closely with project managers, workstream leads, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of activities and timely reporting of progress.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination or PMO support roles within large-scale ERP implementations or similar business transformation programs.

  • Schedule Management & Planning:
    • Maintain and regularly update the integrated master program schedule using Microsoft Project and JIRA.
    • Coordinate with workstream leads to adjust timelines and dependencies as needed.
    • Lead the maintenance of the program's RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Meetings & Coordination:
    • Organise and run recurring project status and governance meetings.
    • Collaborate across Core ERP, People & Payroll, and Inflight IT Projects.
  • Onboarding & Team Support:
    • Develop and manage the onboarding process for new program team members.
    • Act as a central point of support for the program team by helping navigate program tools and procedures.
  • Reporting & Tools:
    • Support the preparation of program status reports and dashboards.
    • Utilise project management tools and systems to capture updates and track deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in project coordination or PMO support roles within large-scale ERP implementations or similar business transformation programs.
  • Skilled communicator with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Formal project management training or certification.
