About the Role:

This is a Melbourne-based assignment that allows suitable resources to work remotely within Australia.

We are looking for a seasoned project delivery professional with significant experience in ERP project delivery, such as SAP and/or Dynamics 365. This person will manage a blended team of onsite and offshore resources in successful project delivery.

The project delivery manager will be responsible for setting up and managing all phases of the project life cycle, including analysis, design, modelling, testing, training, pre and post go-live support, and deploying suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Built and maintain positive client and peer relationships.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, able to communicate at all levels of an organization, from C-Suite, SME, and end-users.
  • Strong analytical, communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable in settings from smaller discovery/workshop environments to the board room.
  • Prepared for domestic and international travel as required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a larger team throughout an enterprise transformation.
  • High degree of initiative and personal responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in business, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience with full life-cycle implementation of ERP projects.
  • Dynamics AX retail experience is advantageous.
  • Significant experience managing blended teams of onsite and offshore resources in successful delivery.
  • Experience in agile way of work is preferred.
  • Proven experience leading requirement gathering and discovery with users and stakeholders.
  • Participation in FIT/GAP process and ability to write complete functional design specifications.
  • Solid experience in designing and writing technical specification documents.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices, and methodologies.

Certifications in one or more of the following are advantageous:

  • MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations.
  • MB-340: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional Consultant.
  • PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals.
