Pronto ERP Implementation Lead

This role leads a Business Transformation, implementing the Pronto Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.

The successful candidate will drive business objectives into technical solutions within the Pronto platform and guide the business to utilize these solutions effectively.

This position requires collaboration with the Board, senior leaders, domain experts, and key operatives to ensure adoption of business practices.

Tech Skills:

  • Prior experience in implementing new ERP systems is essential
  • Pronto system expertise is required
  • Data Extraction, Transformation and Load skills are necessary
  • Able to handle large quantities of data and stock items
  • Business process redesign experience is beneficial
  • Omnichannel / Digital business expertise is valuable
  • Change management skills are required
  • Strong training capability is expected

Interpersonal & Personal Skills:

  • Problem Solving skills are crucial
  • Design thinking / User Experience Design skills are desirable
  • Negotiation and mediation skills are important
  • Proven self-management skills are required
  • A strong work ethic is expected
  • Able to multi-task efficiently
  • Excellent documentation skills are necessary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Pronto ERP System successfully
  • Work closely with the business to achieve real transformation and productivity gains
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adoption of business practices
  • Present to Senior Management and external stakeholders confidently

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 ERP implementations under your belt
  • Experience in fast-paced business environments is beneficial
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are required
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential
  • Passionate about customer service and delivery excellence
