Senior Application Strategist
The role of Senior Application Strategist is pivotal in overseeing all aspects of ERP platforms and corporate applications.
This position entails leading operational service delivery and project teams, driving aspects from planning to execution, implementation, change management, and transition.
The successful candidate will oversee the ERP Service Delivery team, providing functional and production support for the core ERP system (Workday) and other integrated systems.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to optimize investments in ERP and Corporate Applications, reducing total cost of ownership and capturing value from the delivered platform.
Effective vendor relationship management is essential, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and leveraging vendor roadmaps to benefit the organization.
A customer-focused approach is critical, working closely with senior business representatives to understand and translate business requirements into project scope.
This role suits someone with a curious mind and transferable skills and experiences including:
10+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Proven ability to influence discussions and decisions with deep stakeholder management skills.
Extensive experience in digital strategy development and leading large teams.
Strong knowledge of Workday as a platform, payroll technologies, architectural experience, and IT methodologies and practices.
Exceptional experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiations.
A growth mindset and the ability to build strong and effective working relationships at all levels.
