Program Manager Role

This is a critical leadership position that requires a highly experienced professional to oversee program governance, planning, and reporting for a large-scale ERP rollout.

The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills, be able to identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, and have experience in establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee program governance, planning, and reporting for large-scale ERP implementations.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across business units, technology teams, and external delivery partners.

  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery methodologies.
  • Embed structure, best practice, and delivery assurance.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making.
