This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position as ERP Implementation Coordinator/IT Infra & Ops Assoc Analyst. The role will be responsible for process mapping before and after the ERP implementation, capturing all notes/actions from each implementation step, and managing the action plan with the NetSuite team to resolve any issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • NetSuite Change Management: Helping teams understand the impact of the ERP migration, carrying out gap analysis between existing processes and future processes defined in NetSuite, and defining the impact on associated tasks.
  • Implementation of Project Management Office (PMO) Principles: Designing and implementing PMO standards and methods to ensure the project is managed in a professional and structured manner, ongoing communication on the progress of the project, identifying training needs, and managing risks involved in the project.
  • NetSuite Ongoing Project Coordination Tasks: Coordinating master data preparation and clean-up, reviewing Business Requirements Documents, organizing regular WMS-specific meetings and workshops, and coordinating supplier project meetings for all interfaces.
  • IT Tasks: Scoping and buying hardware for WMS setup, managing specific roles and rules, managing firewall rules, server access, and building B2B portals.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in NetSuite implementation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong administration skills, intermediate computer hardware and software installation skills, knowledge of distribution and disposal of classified data/documents/devices, change management and user adoption experience, and proficiency in system administration and desktop application support within a Windows environment.
