About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Digital Leader to join our team at TSHR - Trak and Scarlett as the Head of eCommerce and Digital. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the digital transformation across our iconic fashion brands and drive growth through innovative digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to drive eCommerce growth and enhance customer experiences across multiple fashion brands.
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class digital experiences, including digital marketing, CRM, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
  • Oversee the optimization of user experience, site performance, and conversion rates to enhance customer journeys and maximize online revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute innovative campaigns and digital activations that drive business results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior eCommerce and digital role, preferably within fashion retail, with a strong track record of driving growth and innovation.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a dynamic team.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and eCommerce platforms, with extensive knowledge of the digital ecosystem.
  • A strategic mindset with a creative flair for driving growth and innovation, and the ability to provide strategic advice to leadership teams and senior management.
  • A passion for fashion, style, and delivering sophisticated digital solutions.
