Digital Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Specialist to join our team at Foodpro Network. As a key member of our e-commerce operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences across our online platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement online initiatives to improve user experience and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute e-merchandising strategies that optimize product placement and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and e-commerce trends, applying innovative ideas and best practices to drive business growth.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in digital commerce or e-commerce operations, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, e-merchandising, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to build trust and respect with internal stakeholders.
- Intermediate Excel skills and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance ambition with pragmatism.
