Head of E-commerce and Digital Transformation

We are seeking a strategic digital leader to drive e-commerce growth and digital strategy across multiple fashion brands. As Head of E-commerce and Digital Transformation, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive e-commerce growth and digital strategy across multiple fashion brands.
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
  • Oversee digital marketing, CRM, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies to maximize online revenue and brand engagement.
  • Optimize user experience, site performance, and conversion rates to enhance customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute innovative campaigns and digital activations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior e-commerce and digital role, preferably within fashion retail.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a dynamic team.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital ecosystem and ability to implement digital marketing strategies that result in increased sales locally and globally.
  • A strategic mindset with a creative flair for driving growth and innovation.
  • Able to provide strategic advice to leadership teams and senior management on digital transformation and contribute to wider business initiatives and development activities at a senior level.
