White Fox Boutique is a leading e-commerce fashion retailer with a strong presence in the global market. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of E-commerce Trading.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the trading sites to the next level, managing and leading the e-commerce and digital teams, and developing and delivering the annual trading calendar. They will also be responsible for owning all site metrics, improving user journeys, and managing the development roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the e-commerce and digital teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver the annual trading calendar, working closely with the Buying, Product, and Merchandise teams.
  • Own all site metrics, including sales, revenue, and customer engagement, and work to improve them continuously.
  • Drive initiatives through pricing, promotions, and new trading opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Improve user journeys for optimal customer experience across multiple regions.
  • Manage the development roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the company's projections and needs.
  • Attend and report in weekly trade meetings, providing metrics and insights to the wider team.
  • Have strong technical knowledge of e-commerce front-end and back-end, with exceptional problem-solving skills during technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong people management experience, including growing and developing talent.
  • Experience in managing large global e-commerce platforms, with proven sales growth results.
  • Experience using Shopify Plus platform.
  • Experience with leading merchandising tools.
  • HTML, CSS, and basic coding technical skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, website optimization, data mining, and security.
  • Knowledge of buying, merchandising, and range planning processes.
  • Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills.
