Job Title: Warranty Claims Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims efficiently and accurately.

You will review and verify warranty documentation, coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers, and maintain precise records of warranty claims and related documentation.

As a liaison between the service department and customers, you will communicate warranty coverage and claim status, collaborate to resolve warranty-related issues, and stay updated on manufacturer warranty guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
  • Review and verify warranty documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely reimbursement of claims.
  • Maintain precise records of warranty claims and related documentation.
  • Communicate warranty coverage and claim status to customers.
  • Collaborate with the service department to resolve warranty-related issues.
  • Stay updated on manufacturer warranty guidelines.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a dealership as a receptionist, service receptionist, or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive can-do attitude and a passion for customer service.
