We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic professional to join our team as a Customer Service Advocate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients across Australia.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, fixed-term position in our Adelaide CBD office, with opportunities to work from home after an initial training period. As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be working closely with clients who require support with their journey towards employment, education, and training.
You will be expected to engage effectively with clients, demonstrate experience in understanding and working to procedures and contractual guidelines, and clearly communicate information to clients. Prior experience in a customer service-based role is essential.
