We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Professional to take a leading role in driving exceptional customer experiences.
About the job:
- Taking a leading role in delivering outstanding customer service
- Organising bookings and service enquiries
- Managing, maintaining and growing customer relationships with fleets of all sizes
- Liaising with workshop controller to ensure timely completion of work
The successful candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, as well as a team attitude and problem-solving ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service through proactive issue resolution and clear communication
- Identifying additional service requirements and documenting them accordingly
