Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a permanent full-time position that requires previous customer service experience in a civil or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with technical sales enquiries and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Facilitate order entry, printing, and distribution, as well as maintain customer records.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple enquiries timely.
Additional Requirements:
- Background knowledge of civil, trade, or industrial environments (preferred but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
