We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team in a dynamic Customer Service role.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client accounts including setup, closure, and documentation.
- Provide front-line support for client queries and collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with shipping and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients on stock management, allocations, and inventory.
- Produce regular reports such as third-party transport plans, allocation reports, and reconciliations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong customer service focus, including the ability to handle complaints professionally and in line with company values.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
