CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a skilled Contract Support Specialist to join our team in Darwin, Northern Territory. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reactive and preventive work orders, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to our clients.
  • Process calls, emails, and monitor complaints/escalations, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Raise purchase/service orders and process invoices, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Act as a system champion, providing technical support and training to colleagues on CMMS, FMS, and Finance Systems.
  • Monitor spend on accounts and review revenue & margin streams, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, tracking and monitoring vendor works and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare customer reports and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations to improve client satisfaction.
  • Ensure QHSE documentation is well-maintained on CBRE systems, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Higher educational qualifications or degree.
  • Excellent PC-based skills, with a high level of experience in Word/Excel and Outlook – intermediate to advanced level.
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a preference for experience in Finance & Administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and draft correspondence and documentation.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service focus, with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels.
