We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Support Specialist to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Be the first point of contact for clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work Order Management: Process and manage work orders, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and provide regular reports and analytics to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with CBRE's quality and safety standards.
- Education: Higher educational qualifications or degree.
- Technical Skills: Excellent PC-based skills, with a high level of experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience: 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a preference for experience in finance and administration.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and draft correspondence and documentation.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
