- Process and monitor financial administration of projects and contracts to ensure cash flow and expenditure targets are met.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of correspondence and reports.
- Provide administrative support to project teams to assist in day-to-day operations.
- Essential:
- Demonstrated ability in project and contract administration and associated budget, financial, and procurement processes.
- Proven ability in the use of data management, financial management, and project management systems.
- High-level skills in maintaining data integrity, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- High standards of client focus and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Desirable:
- Sound knowledge of project and contract administration procedures and systems.
- Experience in project and contract administration of capital and minor new works programs.
