We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our acquisition strategy and lead a cross-functional team in achieving sustainable, scalable growth across multiple channels.
About the Role:- This leadership position is critical to our business success, responsible for driving volume targets, maximising margin, and strengthening our acquisition ecosystem across key digital and offline channels.
- 10 years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition or growth roles, preferably in a high-growth, lead-gen-driven B2C environment.
- Proven success in leading large, multi-tiered teams with strong mentorship and results delivery.
- Deep expertise in digital advertising across Google, Meta, Programmatic, and broader acquisition channels.
- Strong media buying, testing, and CRO background with an analytical, performance-first mindset.
- Comfortable managing complex vendor networks and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a full-funnel acquisition plan including paid, organic, social, and retargeting — with a high emphasis on diversification of channels and risk mitigation.
- Work closely with Analytics, Product, Sales, and Customer Marketing to increase conversion, improve experience, and maximise ROI along the funnel.
- Become a test-and-learn culture champion — in creative, funnels, formats, and messaging — to tap into new growth levers.
