About Our Growth Marketing Opportunity

  • We're looking for a seasoned growth marketing professional to spearhead customer acquisition and drive strategic growth in Australia.
  • This role requires a strong track record of scaling paid campaigns across digital channels, with a keen eye for data analysis and a creative approach to driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of our paid social content strategy, leveraging platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok to drive high-impact levers and maximise CACs and conversion rates.
  • Establish a culture of continuous testing and learning, collaborating with local content and regional online marketing teams to iterate on ad formats, messaging, and targeting.
  • Monitor campaign performance in detail, maintaining a regular reporting cadence and tracking key metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Work closely with the regional product marketing team to scale referral programs and drive customer advocacy.
  • Develop partnerships that support customer acquisition goals, working with external platforms and brands to create joint initiatives and offers.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, ensuring we remain at the forefront of best practices and innovation in acquisition marketing.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in high-intensity growth marketing or performance marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition across digital channels.
  • Driven and self-motivated individual with a creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for staying ahead of the curve.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with expertise in data analysis and the ability to use insights to inform key decisions.
  • Experience scaling paid campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Strong partnerships acumen, with a history of successful collaborations with external partners and vendors.
  • Creative focus, with a value placed on the importance of compelling copywriting and visual storytelling in performance marketing.
  • AI adoption, with demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to enhance workflows, productivity, and efficiency.
