About the Role

A key position exists for a strategic and analytical digital marketer to drive business growth through high-impact B2C lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple channels
  • Own key performance metrics, including cost-per-lead (CPL), conversion rates, and channel efficiency
  • Analyse campaign and funnel data using advanced analytics tools and dashboards
  • Lead relationships with external agencies, ensuring clear targets and campaign alignment
  • Oversee testing initiatives to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align acquisition efforts with business objectives
  • Manage and report on campaign performance, reallocating resources as needed
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in digital acquisition or performance marketing roles, preferably in B2C lead generation
  • Deep expertise in paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and campaign performance analysis
  • Strong data literacy and proficiency in data-driven decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets and optimise resource allocation
  • Excellent written communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A commercial mindset with attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
