You will lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, high-volume B2C environment.   • Own end-to-end execution of acquisition — from hitting volume targets to optimising margin and channel profitability.
  • Lead a cross-functional marketing team achieving sustainable, scalable growth across multiple channels.
  • Develop and execute a full-funnel acquisition plan including paid, organic, social, and retargeting — with a high emphasis on diversification of channels and risk mitigation.
  • Work closely with Analytics, Product, Sales, and Customer Marketing to increase conversion, improve experience, and maximise ROI along the funnel.
