Job Title: Senior Digital Acquisition Leader
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our digital acquisition strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, building a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of our digital acquisition tech stack, leveraging modern web technologies and robust engineering practices.
- Build and manage a high-performing product engineering team from either Sydney or Melbourne.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive business growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Expertise in NextJS and/or Expo, TypeScript, GraphQL, and CloudFlare.
- Experience in working on or delivering GenAI chat experiences.
- Strong engineering foundations in testing, security, architecture, and robust design.
- Product-minded technology leadership skills.
- Strong team leadership and mentoring skills.
- Persistent and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
